VISITORS Basic package
The basic visitor ticket is free of charge !!! For Austrians and foreign visitors!
The following services are included:
- Access to the conference, panel discussions, streaming, etc.
- An online participant profile, active up to 12 months after the event
- Access to approx. 400 verified international mobility online profiles
- Access to the B2B matchmaking platform (create your individual profile and book B2B meetings with national and international participants, as well as with Commercial Counselors)
- Admission to the exhibition / trade show
VISITORS Premium package
The premium visitor ticket costs EUR 300 excl. VAT.
This is a NEW extra service for Austrian companies, whose associates can save time and be more efficient at the conference. Why book this event? Our Event Support Team will take over technical matching and scheduling issues for you and assist by telephone assistance in case of registration problem. Upgrades to this visitor package until 10/30/2020.
The following services are included:
- The Event Support Team will provide you with telephone assistance in case of registration problems.
- The Event Support Team takes over technical matching and scheduling issues on the event platform for you.
- Based on your online participant profile, we will propose suitable international partners for your virtual 1:1 meetings. You will receive a list of recommendations 3 weeks prior to the event.
- All services in the “basic package” for visitors are also included.
EXHIBITOR Package
Up to 30 Austrian companies and research institutes will showcase their products, services, projects, patents, etc. in the fields of mobility, traffic, mobile services and technology.
The exhibitor package costs EUR 350 excl. VAT.
The following services are included:
- Your own area in the virtual exhibitor space on the event platform
- Visibility as an “exhibitor” on the event platform
- Special promotion on the event platform
- Longer 1:1 meeting time slots
- Translators available at virtual 1:1 meetings (at exhibitor's expense!)
- All services in the “basic package” for visitors are also included.
Booths are only provided to Austrian WKÖ members or equals. Exhibitor booths will be assigned by the WKÖ
AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA organization. The number of booths is limited. Registration through this portal is the first step. Booth registration is complete upon finishing the registration process. If your exhibitor registration is not cancelled 14 days before the
event, a no-show fee of EUR 350 excl. VAT will be charged.
SPONSOR Package
The Sponsor Package costs EUR 1,000 excl. VAT.
- 1 logo on the event program (sponsor area)
- Special promotion on the event platform in the sponsor area
- Visibility as a "sponsor" on the event platform
- 1 special promotion on the event platform (e.g. video or interview broadcast)
- All services in the “basic package” for visitors are also included
